In my experience supporting University graduates in their transition into industry, I know that they often feel that industry still has a long way to go to be truly inclusive. There is a need for qualified, empathetic training so managers and colleagues can truly appreciate the effect of invisible barriers in the workplace.

Often neurodivergent colleagues really benefit from the simplicity of empathy and the sense of safety that comes from true inclusion. When their nervous system can relax, they are able to bring all of their qualities and abilities to the role.

I offer workshops and consultation to help organisations build a more inclusive workplace culture, especially for neurodivergent staff. These sessions can be tailored to your needs, and are grounded in real-world experience, deep empathy, and practical insight.
