Access to Work – supporting true inclusion in the workplace

Providing Access to Work support for neurodivergent professionals

I know that the transition from Higher Education to the workplace can be challenging. Particularly since most Higher Education institutions have become relatively inclusive in recent years, whereas many employers are lagging behind and there are still many invisible barriers in the work-place.

With my years of experience in Higher Education, I am well placed to support individuals in this transition. I can provide one-to-one mentoring support through the UK Government’s Access to Work scheme, which funds coaching and mentoring to support people with a disability or health condition in the workplace.

This support is typically fully funded by the UK government. It’s designed to help you thrive in your role, reduce stress, and build confidence in your abilities.

“The support Rob has provided through my Access to Work grant has been nothing short of life-changing – compassionate, intuitive, and always one step ahead in helping me thrive as an engineer. He’s removed barriers I once thought immovable, helping me reach my potential and re-build the confidence I’d lost along the way
